I recently had a sewer drain clog that Magic Plumbing came out to take care of. It turned out to be much more serious than anyone thought!! Jake and Jaret worked for at least 4 hours to find the clog and then had to not just use a snake that was unable to clear the clog, so the toilet had to be removed and a large cable was used to finally break the clog loose after several attempts. The toilet had to be removed and then reset with a new wax seal and water supply line!!!! They both worked very hard and were very informative, professional and polite during the entire process!!! Obviously, this turned out to be a much more difficult call than they anticipated or did I. But they stuck with it and made sure everything was completed and working as it should before they left. This kind of service and hard work to see the job done well and completely was very gratifying. I would highly recommend Magic Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!!
